Position: Sales Co-Pilot

This document outlines the key responsibilities and expectations for the Sales Co-Pilot position at Total Sales HQ. The Sales Co-Pilot will play a crucial role in executing outreach campaigns, managing sales pipelines, and supporting our clients in achieving their revenue goals.

Responsibilities

Managing Lead Generation and Appointment Setting Campaigns for 1-3 Clients:

a. Following Proven Process and Daily Outreach Plan

  • Building Targeted Prospect Lists: Identify and compile lists of potential clients that match the client’s ideal customer profile.
  • Using LinkedIn and Email to Start Conversations: Leverage LinkedIn and email platforms to initiate and maintain conversations with prospects.
  • Following Conversation Framework: Use established conversation frameworks to convert initial interactions into qualified leads and appointments.
  • Adhering to Processes: Be “Solid As A Rock” by strictly following established plans and procedures to ensure consistency and reliability.

b. Client Communication

  • Maintain regular and clear communication with clients to ensure alignment on campaign goals, progress, and adjustments.
  • Adaptability: Be “Flowing Like Water” by seeking innovative solutions and opportunities to course correct and achieve sales targets.

c. Reporting and Tracking

  • Accurately track and report daily activities, campaign progress, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to clients and internal stakeholders.

d. Participating in Ongoing Training

  • Engage in regular training sessions to stay updated on best practices, refine skills, and continuously improve performance.
